EVERYTHING STARTED WITH A STUPID MERMY NiGHTS DOODLE *Chuck Norris'd*

1) I found an interesting lineart tutorial so I tested it (asdfdgafdfa HARD)
2) also a new way of shading
4) tested :iconshugarshock: 's eye tutorial (thanks a lot honey)
5) I missed number 3
6) I tried to improvise a way to draw "fish scales"
7) oh look! BUBBLES!


and maybe everything to just get 15 favs and 3 comments I suppose IS NOT PERFECT IM COMPLETELY AWARE OF THE FLAWS... like I sait, it was just to test new ways of coloring/shading/ect

You are some kind of magical genie, I swear.

ONTO THE PICTURE SUBJECT NOW-

I just LOVE how you drew and colored everything. The way you made the fish scales look, and the seaweeds. Lovely. The fish in the background look as if it took a bit longer than it should have if you drew each one one-by-one. (Unless you cheated and used a brush or google or something. ohoho.)

Bubbles.

The under water... Watery-ness needs to look more like underwater. And the sand looks too smooth to be sand.

I say you did a VERY great job with the overall appeal to it. the detailing it really good on Nights, and the contrast to the background is noticeable, which is needed in more art these days.

I will gotta say that the blue background is a bit bland; try to make it a bit better.
